Informal Auditions will be held for our next pantomime: Peter Pan, on Thursday 18th June at 7.30pm at Aragon's Extended Schools Suite. Come and join us, make friends and have lots of fun while we put our next show together.

We serve the local community and are based at Aragon Primary School on Thursday evenings.

 

Sessions run on Thursday evenings from 7.30 - 9.30 p.m.

Performances

 

We usually put on two productions each year:

  • July (casting)
  • Early December (performance)
  • February (casting)
  • May (performance)

 

We proudly present an original show, 'It Was Acceptable in the 80s' on Saturday 16th May. This original piece contains songs, dances and sketches from the era of shoulder pads, leg warmers and much, much more. There will also be live music from our own house band 'A Kick Up The Eighties!' for all to dance the night away. Audiences are positively encouraged to dress in 80's gear!

The Drama Area

 

The school is developing its drama area and looking for other community groups who may like to use the facilities - for their own dance, drama, music work.

Currently we have a stage in a large hall - capacity 120, a backstage area where costumes and props can be stored, and use of another rehearsal room, too, with tea- & coffee-making facilities.
